Rob Sinclair earned a Master's in Architecture from Syracuse University, studying in their abroad program in Florence, Italy, with a focus on Architecture and Urban Design in a historical context. His undergraduate studies were at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, earning a 5 year professional Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Rob is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Design Leadership Network, the Leaders of Design Council, and the Institute for Classical Architecture and Art. Rob is licensed by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB) and individually licensed in 8 states. He also belongs to the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the U. S. Green Building Council and supports other charitable organizations.
With a passion for architecture, fueled by inquisitiveness and an appreciation of history, Rob has traveled extensively to expand and maintain the vision required for original and unique designs. In his free time, he enjoys summiting mountains, skiing powder, and spending time with his two kids, Belle and Charlie.
Grayson Rutherford oversees all internal and administrative functions of the company, including finance, accounting, human resources, technology, marketing, public relations, insurance, facilities, and client relations. She ensures that projects run efficiently, on schedule, and on budget by managing workflows and coordinating between design and construction teams.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Grayson founded her first company at sixteen and has since built a diverse background spanning corporate communications, consulting, real estate, tech, and the non-profit sector. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she earned a full-tuition merit scholarship and graduated magna cum laude, Grayson brings both strategic insight and operational rigor to her role.
Since joining Sinclair Building Architecture Design in 2020, she has been integrally involved in every project, focusing on the strategies, talent, and business practices that drive the company’s continued success, support the team’s rapid growth, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Zac is an accomplished Construction Project Manager with over 15 years of experience across luxury hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial construction sectors. Known for seamlessly bridging technical expertise with strategic oversight, Zac has a proven track record in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and financial management of complex, high-value developments. Zac brought this expertise to the firm in 2025, joining as the Director of Construction.
As a licensed Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, Zac brings a rare, 360-degree perspective to construction, having served as an Owner’s Representative, General Contractor, Mechanical Subcontractor, Engineer of Record, and Project Manager. This well-rounded background enables him to anticipate project challenges from all angles, ensuring collaborative problem-solving, efficient execution, and balanced decision-making that aligns with stakeholder needs throughout the design and delivery phases.
Zac brings impactful construction solutions to Colorado’s dynamic building environment, having overseen over $1.3B in construction value, including projects such as the Four Seasons Vail, Aspen Art Museum, and Aspen Valley Hospital. Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in the outdoors.
Originally from Salt Lake City, UT, Rea Coulter has worked in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years, formerly as a Partner at Aspen Constructors, Inc. Rea joined the company in 2018 and has served as Senior Superintendent on every SIN-BAD project since. He oversees all phases of construction, working closely with architects, designers, and trades to ensure that what’s imagined becomes something tangible, lasting, and exceptional.
Rea loves that no two projects are ever the same. Every home has elements that have never been done before, and he enjoys that challenge of finding solutions, refining details, and collaborating with talented people to make something truly original.
Outside of work, Rea is happiest spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can usually find him in the kitchen cooking or planning his next travel adventure.
Originally from Montana, Tim Weyer is a seasoned leader in high-end residential and commercial construction, known for his precision, integrity, and deep commitment to architectural excellence. As Superintendent, Tim brings decades of hands-one experience and strategic oversight to every project, guiding teams from concept to completion with clarity and confidence.
His portfolio includes landmark builds across Colorado’s most demanding terrain, where he’s earned a reputation for balancing design intent with field execution. Tim’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of quality—values that shape Sinclair’s culture and client relationships. Outside of work, Tim is an avid outdoorsman and lifelong learner, often found hunting, fishing and exploring the backcountry.
Since 2017, Arthur T. (“Tee”) Cowperthwaite, Jr. has served as a Senior Project Manager at the firm, taking the lead on land use and permitting efforts for many projects. He is a licensed architect and 4th-generation Coloradan with an AB in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design. Prior to his time at Sinclair, Tee ran his own firm in Denver that specialized in residential design and adaptive reuse of existing building stock & historic preservation. His early career was with SOM in Chicago, IL. A past member & Chair of Denver’s Lower Downtown Design Review Board, Tee has also served on the Colorado Episcopal Diocesan Art & Architecture Review Committee, AIA Denver Urban Design Committee, and on the boards of Denver Civic Theater and the Acoma Center/Curious Theatre. He is married to a retired educator, and together they have three sons and two daughters, a chill dog, and two rambunctious tabby cats.
Galen is originally from Stowe, Vermont and received her Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Mathematics from the University of Vermont in 1992. She relocated to Steamboat, CO where she worked as a Draftsperson for both an engineering and architectural firm. She returned to school at the University of Colorado in Denver, where she received a Master’s degree in Architecture. In 2002, she moved to Basalt, CO, and has been working in the valley ever since on an array of projects from high-end residences to educational facilities. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and playing hockey.
Stacey Sinclair has been immersed in the high-end, luxury design community for over 25 years and has worked alongside a handful of revered designers, including Rose Tarlow. Stacey moved to Aspen, CO in 2024 after a brief period in Denver. Prior to that, she lived and worked in New York City where she cut her teeth in the business of design.
Design has been a constant thread in Stacey's life since childhood. Her father operated a successful landscape and nursery company, and her grandmother was a decorator. Both instilled a strong sense of creativity and a high level of integrity, with a strong focus on client relationships.
Stacey has a keen eye for quality, craftsmanship, and the unique. Whether she is staging a space, arranging a tablescape, or designing a project, Stacey focuses on all the details to ensure that the end result is well received by all.
When she is not treasure-hunting for one-of-a-kind accent pieces or working on other artistic endeavors, you can find her spending time with her horse, her dog, and her garden.
Albiona is an architectural designer with a global perspective and a diverse portfolio focused on high-end residential villas with oceanfront and mountain homes. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Prishtina and moved to the U.S. two years ago after running her own design practice in Europe. With experience working with companies worldwide, Albiona brings a refined eye for detail and a passion for blending modern, contemporary aesthetics with sustainable practices.
Specializing in both interior and exterior design, Albiona believes architecture should be visually striking and enrich the way people live, work, and connect with their environment.
Albiona is fluent in Albanian, English, and Spanish. When she is not designing, she draws inspiration from travel, fitness, nature, literature, and exploring new cultures.
With over 40 years of experience in construction, Tim brings a rare blend of technical precision and hands-on leadership to every project. He has successfully delivered complex residential and commercial builds across Colorado, consistently ahead of schedule and under budget. As both Project Manager and Superintendent, this dual role enables him to bridge the gap between design intent and field execution, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-construction through closeout.
Tim is highly skilled in AutoCAD and Archicad, often producing detailed technical drawings to guide subcontractors and resolve field conflicts in real time. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Wheeler Opera House restoration, Snowmass Village resorts, and custom homes for high-net-worth clients.
A champion of efficiency on the job site, Tim is known for his proactive problem-solving, financial oversight, and commitment to quality. He thrives in environments that value innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys designing and building his own spec homes, exploring the Colorado backcountry, and spending time with his family in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Kyle Kimbrel was born outside of Atlanta, GA, and attended Georgia State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science. His experience in the industry spans all aspects of construction. He began by pounding nails on a carpentry crew as a teenager and eventually became the Superintendent of a ground-up 128-room Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel. Kyle has supervised over $50 million worth of construction projects, working directly with high-profile clients, including the Aspen Institute. He moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2025 to join Sinclair Building Architecture Design as a Superintendent. Kyle loves sports, enjoys playing golf, and spending time outdoors.
Bradley Vargas is a native of the Roaring Fork Valley. After graduating from Glenwood Springs High School, he entered the construction industry, joining Sinclair Building Architecture Design as an Assistant Foreman. In this position, he collaborates with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure quality project deliverables. Outside of work, Bradley is an avid athlete, having played soccer and volleyball throughout his life. Bradley enjoys the opportunity to learn new skills and grow his professional experience.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Harry Graham cultivated a strong sense of place and design from an early age. He attended Choate Rosemary Hall before earning his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University.
Following graduation, Harry moved to Aspen, Colorado, where he began his professional journey in hospitality. His experience working closely with clients and managing high-end guest experiences led him into real estate, where he gained a deeper understanding of property, development, and the importance of thoughtful design.
Today, Harry is building a career in architecture and construction, bringing his background in service and real estate to the design-build model. He works part-time as an Executive Assistant to Rob Sinclair and the broader team, contributing to a range of projects that emphasize craftsmanship, functionality, and aesthetic integrity.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys skiing, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Ziggy.
