GALEN HOOVER

Galen is originally from Stowe, Vermont and received her Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Mathematics from the University of Vermont in 1992.  She relocated to Steamboat, CO where she worked as a Draftsperson for both an engineering and architectural firm.  She returned to school at the University of Colorado in Denver, where she received a Master’s degree in Architecture.  In 2002, she moved to Basalt, CO, and has been working in the valley ever since on an array of projects from high-end residences to educational facilities. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and playing hockey.
