Grayson Rutherford oversees all internal and administrative functions of the company, including finance, accounting, human resources, technology, marketing, public relations, insurance, facilities, and client relations. She ensures that projects run efficiently, on schedule, and on budget by managing workflows and coordinating between design and construction teams.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Grayson founded her first company at sixteen and has since built a diverse background spanning corporate communications, consulting, real estate, tech, and the non-profit sector. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she earned a full-tuition merit scholarship and graduated magna cum laude, Grayson brings both strategic insight and operational rigor to her role.

Since joining Sinclair Building Architecture Design in 2020, she has been integrally involved in every project, focusing on the strategies, talent, and business practices that drive the company’s continued success, support the team’s rapid growth, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.
