Originally from Salt Lake City, UT, Rea Coulter has worked in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years, formerly as a Partner at Aspen Constructors, Inc. Rea joined the company in 2018 and has served as Senior Superintendent on every SIN-BAD project since. He oversees all phases of construction, working closely with architects, designers, and trades to ensure that what’s imagined becomes something tangible, lasting, and exceptional.

Rea loves that no two projects are ever the same. Every home has elements that have never been done before, and he enjoys that challenge of finding solutions, refining details, and collaborating with talented people to make something truly original.

Outside of work, Rea is happiest spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can usually find him in the kitchen cooking or planning his next travel adventure.
