With over 40 years of experience in construction, Tim brings a rare blend of technical precision and hands-on leadership to every project. He has successfully delivered complex residential and commercial builds across Colorado, consistently ahead of schedule and under budget. As both Project Manager and Superintendent, this dual role enables him to bridge the gap between design intent and field execution, ensuring seamless coordination from pre-construction through closeout.

Tim is highly skilled in AutoCAD and Archicad, often producing detailed technical drawings to guide subcontractors and resolve field conflicts in real time. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Wheeler Opera House restoration, Snowmass Village resorts, and custom homes for high-net-worth clients.

A champion of efficiency on the job site, Tim is known for his proactive problem-solving, financial oversight, and commitment to quality. He thrives in environments that value innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys designing and building his own spec homes, exploring the Colorado backcountry, and spending time with his family in the Roaring Fork Valley.
