Zac is an accomplished Construction Project Manager with over 15 years of experience across luxury hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial construction sectors. Known for seamlessly bridging technical expertise with strategic oversight, Zac has a proven track record in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and financial management of complex, high-value developments. Zac brought this expertise to the firm in 2025, joining as the Director of Construction.

As a licensed Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, Zac brings a rare, 360-degree perspective to construction, having served as an Owner’s Representative, General Contractor, Mechanical Subcontractor, Engineer of Record, and Project Manager. This well-rounded background enables him to anticipate project challenges from all angles, ensuring collaborative problem-solving, efficient execution, and balanced decision-making that aligns with stakeholder needs throughout the design and delivery phases.

Zac brings impactful construction solutions to Colorado’s dynamic building environment, having overseen over $1.3B in construction value, including projects such as the Four Seasons Vail, Aspen Art Museum, and Aspen Valley Hospital. Outside of work, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in the outdoors.
